I am a qualified and experienced counsellor and clinical supervisor currently offering one on one counselling in Brighton and online via video conference.
I provide a safe and confidential environment to explore areas of confusion or difficulty and offer support in finding ways to resolve conflict within or with those around you.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and I work under their The Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling.

Work
experience
Having had a background in international research management and cultural anthropology I have now been working as a counsellor for over a decade.
I Run the counselling service at Terrence Higgins Trust in Brighton and see private clients from my practice in Brighton and online.
In the past I have worked for a number of organisations such as CHAS (City and Hackney Alcohol Services) and Step Forward in London. During this time I have worked as both as a one on one counsellor and a group facilitator with young LGBTQ+ people.
